David Neikrug has over 16 years of experience in employee benefits and human capital management, with specific concentration in benefits cost reduction and operations improvement. He also has experience in strategy, program and plan design, implementation and long-term maintenance. His broad expertise includes in-depth work with vendors (carriers and service providers), as well as private, public and not-for-profit employers of all sizes. He approaches employee benefit plans holistically, analyzing them not only as part of total compensation, but also within the context of overall business strategy. He has designed and implemented more than 300 health and welfare and retirement plans for various types of organizations including private, family-owned, public and non-profit entities.
